By registering with the Website you agree some of Your details (i.e. Your email, website, address, store name) may be publicly displayed on the Website. You hereby grant the Website permission to display your credentials and store name on the Website. Further, by submitting content to the Website, you acknowledge that you have the authority to grant such rights to the Website. As we don’t force You to use Your real name, such field can be filled with any names or nicknames. No identifiable personal details will be published in the public area of the Website. 

If You delete Your account or Your account is terminated, all Your account information on this Website, including profile data (store name, location, email), will be deleted from our databases immediately. EUC24.COM reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your information after a significant duration of inactivity or in the event that any of our terms have been breached by You.

The Website is a portal for posting listings, containing information about Electric Unicycle Stores and items for sale (including new or pre-owned Electric Unicycles, spare parts and accessories). The information on EUS stores and items for sale provided in this service and on the Website is supplied by the User or other third parties.

EUC24.COM administrators does not evaluate or censor the content of listings. We can’t guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any of the information provided by registered users. You acknowledge and accept that this is beyond our control, and guarantee cannot be given in the event of untruthful information being submitted by listing owners. Consequently, we have no control over the quality, legality, truth or accuracy of the listings, or the quality or availability of any services advertised on the Website.

– those that Website considers illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent
– those that advertise franchise, pyramid, network marketing or get-rich-quick schemes
– those that advertise websites, services, businesses, business opportunities and/or contact details
– those that are not within sectors of primary focus of this website, i.e. EUC stores listings.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website.

Use of Website Listing Service

If you register with our website as a Private Seller, you will be able to submit listings to the website.

To create a listing on our website, you should take the following steps:

1. Visit the ‘Add Listing’ page where you will be shown an option to start listing your EUC or related stuff. You will be led through a number of fields asking for information about your EUC, such as its detasils and asking price.

2. Once you start listing you will be given the option to choose your EUC brand / model which will pre-populate your listing with any information we have. 

3. If you are intend to sell parts and accessories for Electric Unicycles only, You just fill the related fields and ignore fields for Electric Unicycle.

Listings that are submitted will be automatically processed and hold for admin approval.

You will receive a notification email about status of your listing immediately once submitted.

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to reject, unpublish and/or delete any listings that breach these terms and conditions or that do not meet any additional guidelines for listings published on Website.

If we permit the publication of a listing, it will remain published on Website until sold, OR for the relevant period set out on Website from time to time, subject to these terms and conditions.

Listings submitted to our website must constitute bona fide listings relating to Electric Unicycles and all related stuff.

Listings must be allocated to the appropriate region, country, brand or part type. If you cannot identify an appropriate any of the above for a listing, please contact us.

You must keep your listings up to date using Website interface, in particular, you must remove any listings in respect of items that have ceased to be available.

Service Fees

All services on the Website are free of charge.
